Cindy Strotman Obituary

Cindy Bell Strotman, 60, of Oil City (formerly of Knox), died Friday, March 23, 2018 at her home.

Born April 7, 1957 in Clarion, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Esther (Hartzell) Bell.

Ms. Strotman graduated from Keystone Jr/Sr High School. She was a member of the VFW Clarion Post. She enjoyed nature and computer games.

She is survived by her companion, Joe Solinsky; three sons, Scott Strotman and his fiance, Erica Shick, Shane Strotman, and Kirk Heath and his wife, Jodi; one daughter, Lana Frantz and her husband, Dakota; a brother, Brian Bell; a sister, Teresa "Terry" Long and her husband, James; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Strotman is preceded in death by two brothers, Samuel "Jim" and Jay Bell.
