Edwin M. Luker

                Edwin M. Luker, 61, of Brockport, died Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the Jefferson Manor in Brookville.

                Born April 25, 1957 in Warren, PA, he was the son of the late Robert E. Luker and Eleanor M. Lucas.

                Ed was proud of the time he served in the US Army.  He was of the Baptist faith.  He was a former member of the Brockway Orient Club, Son's of Italy Club of Brockway, and Horton's Sports Club in Brockport.  He enjoyed going to Carnesali's Bar in Brockway and he loved watching old westerns on TV.

                He is survived one sister, Linnea and her husband, Ron, of Brockway; two brothers, David Luker and his wife, Pam, of Florida and Henry Luker of Georgia; one nephew, Justin, and one niece, Shiloh.  Also, surviving are his cat, Nibshit, and his step-dad, Jerald Heilbrun of Brockway.

                In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his nephew, Joshua Shimmel.

                Arrangements have been entrusted to Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad Street, Summerville, PA.

                The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help defray the cost of the funeral.
