Norman Bliss Obituary

Norman Blair Bliss, 52, of Etters, PA, formerly of Reynoldsville, PA, died Monday June 3, 2019 from a traffic accident in Hartford CT.

Born October 6, 1966 in DuBois, PA , he was the son of Leonard Blair and Marjorie Ruth (Brocius) Bliss.

He was a graduate of DuBois Christian Academy. Norman was educated in the electrical field and also obtained his CDL. He was employed as a truck driver working for ANS KINARD. He was of the protestant faith. He enjoyed fly fishing and R/C cars.

Norman is survived by a son, Winston Blair Bliss of Lindenwold, NJ; two sisters, Carolyn Tippett of Michigan, and Nancy Haggard of Ohio. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews and his girlfriend Shanna.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad Street,Summerville, PA.
