A. Larue Pangallo, 82, of Clarington, died the morning of Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Christ the King Manor in Dubois, following a decline in her health. Born on November 10, 1939 in Brookville, she was the daughter of the late George and Geraldine Lachner McAfoose. She was a graduate of Brookville High School and a former member of Sigel Methodist Church and Sigel Fire Company. She married Eugene Pangallo, he preceded her in death in 1998. In the past she worked at Steel Electric and Truck Stops of America in Brookville, as well as Farmer’s Inn. Her pastimes included Bingo, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Those surviving her are her sons, Tom (Paula) Pangallo, Bill (Becky) Pangallo and Randy Pangallo; her former daughter in law, Edie Pangallo; her 7 grandchildren, Christopher, Mandi, Robert, Brandi (Mark )Lundgren, Josh, Cody and Tanya; several great grandchildren; some of her siblings and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 3 infant sons; several of her siblings and extended family members. As per Larue’s wishes there will be no services held. Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville, PA was entrusted with handling the final arrangements for Mrs. Pangallo.
