Carol Clinger

Carol L. Clinger,73, of New Bethlehem (Limestone), passed away Saturday, August 22,2026 at her home following a period of declining health.

Born September 7,1952 in North Charleroi, she was the daughter of Carl L McDougle and Delores Burton McDougle.

On September 22,1973 in Clarion, she married Charles N. Clinger. He survives.

Prior to her retirement in 2014 she was employed as a bus driver for Yeany Busing (STA/ Mayport Terminal).

She enjoyed reading and studying the Bible and country line dancing. Her greatest Love was animals especially her Fur Grandbabies.

Her survivors include her mother, Delores Beers; her husband Charles Clinger; her daughter, Rachel Clinger; her brother, Richard McDougle; and her sisters, Shirley (Bob) Allio, Tammy Munshower and Delores (Evan) Dittman.

Her father preceded her in death.

Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville was honored to be entrusted with the final arrangements for Mrs. Clinger.

There will be no services held.

Interment will be at Cedarview Cemetery, Strattanville, Clarion County.
