Christine G. Brennan

Christine Gwendoline Brennan, 64, of Luthersburg, passed away Friday, December 15, 2023, at Penn Highlands DuBois.

Born on December 22, 1958, in Dublin, Ireland, she was the daughter of Malachy and Bernadette Brennan.

She and her family immigrated to the United States in July of 1965. She spent most of her life in Irvington, NY until earlier this year when she moved to Luthersburg, PA  to be closer to her grandchildren. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Her passions in life were cooking, baking, listening to music, photography, and her family.

She is survived by her sons; Adam (Alysia) Brennan and Erik Spoerle; her grandchildren, Malachy and Nolan Brennan; her brother, Joseph Brennan; her sisters, Cathy Kyrkostas, Marie Blancato, Paula Morley, Lisa Toolan, and Kimberly Brennan; as well as 19 nieces and nephews.

Her parents and a niece preceded her in death.

Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville has been entrusted with the final arrangements for Ms. Brennan.

Her family will plan and announce a celebration of life to be held in New York at a later date.
