Corey Allen Skinner, 46, of Anita died Sunday, September 29, 2024 at Penn Highlands Dubois.
Born on March 26, 1978 in Clarion, he was the son of the late Rodger Skinner and Brenda Henderson.
A graduate of Clarion-Limestone High School and he also attended St. Catherine of Siena Church.
He was currently employed as a Correction Officer at Houtzdale State Prison.
He enjoyed spending time with his children and with the ones he loved, playing HALO, had a a big heart and never gave up on anything he set his mind to. He loved to have and attend family gatherings and making memories with Kirsta.
Those surviving in addition to his mother, Brenda; are his companion, Kirsta Thomas; his son, Aiden Skinner; his daughters, Tiffany (Owen Burkett) Skinner and Mackenzie Skinner; his sisters, Nikki (Dave) Smith and Shirley (Joseph) Dahrouge; his grandchildren, Marcus and one unborn; is paternal grandparents, Lois and Hailey Skinner; his aunts and uncles; Judy and Randy Wolbert and their son Randy Jr, Ruth-Ann Crawford, Martin and Dink Skinner; is in laws; Robert and Sue Thomas; his nieces and nephews, Olivia Dahrouge, Rilee Smith, Tyler Dahrouge, Elliott Wick, Tyler Miele and Mason Bish; his close friends Jason and Janine Moore-Strohm Erica Bish and Shawn Wick and many other family and friends.
The last words to Corey were "Your mission is done here--I got it from here Brother" by Shawn Wick
He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Casey Skinner.
A “Celebration of Life” will be held in Corey’s memory on October 12, 2024 at 6 PM at the Bear Claw, 10842 US -322, Reynoldsville, PA. 15851.
