Darlene D. Lachner

Darlene D. Lachner, 74, of Marienville, died Tuesday, January 21, 2025 while at Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a period of declining health.

Born in Pittsburgh on April 11, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Florence Hetrick Carrig.

She was a graduate of Duquesne High School and was of Methodist faith.

On August 6, 1971 in Sigel, PA she married Thomas E. Lachner. He preceded her in death.

She retired from Sheffield Container as a Supervisor after 28 years of service.

Prior to illness she had been devoted to her horses and dogs.

Her parents and husband preceded her in death.

Interment will be held at Guitonville Cemetery, Marienville, Forest County on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 1PM.
