Donald D. Clark, Sr.,77, of Brookville, died Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at his home following an illness.
Born on April 23, 1946 at Brookville Hospital, he was the son of the late George and Florence Lindemuth Clark.
He was married to the former Beulah Bowser. She survives.
Prior to his retirement in February 2022 he was employed as a truck driver by McCauley Trucking and for many years provided Personal Attitude DJ Service for many events in the area.
He was of the Methodist Faith and was a member of Brookville Firemens Club.
Working on cars was his favorite pastime.
Those surviving in addition to his wife, Beulah, are his sons, Daniel (Julie) Clark, Brian (Amanda) Clark and Brandon Clark; his daughter, Destiny Slaugenhaupt; his stepsons, Michael Brannon and Rich Olsen; and stepdaughter, Marcy (Mike) Camp; as well as 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Donald Clark, Jr.; his brother, Earl Clark; and his sisters, Myrtle and Eunice Clark.
In accordance with Mr. Clark’s wishes there will be no services held.
Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville. PA. has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
Interment will be in Temple Cemetery, Warsaw Township, Jefferson County.
