Gary Sharp

Gary Sharp, 68, of Ohl, died unexpectedly Saturday, February 15, 2025 at his home of natural causes.

Born on November 7, 1956, in Brookville, he was the son of the late Russell and Daisy Whiteman Sharp.

He was a graduate of Clarion- Limestone High School.

On April 19, 1975 in Clarion he married Debra Wilson. She survives.

Prior to his retirement on January 4, 2022 he had been employed by Beverage-Air in Brookville.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling.

In addition to his wife, Debra he is survived by his sons, Chris and Matt Sharp; his grandchildren, Kyler Fenstermaker and Abby Sharp; his brothers, Larry (Cora) Sharp and Bill (Donna) Sharp; and his sister, Donna (Clair) Bishop.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Sharp and sisters, Mae Lichtenberger and Jane Stebbins.

Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville has been entrusted with the final arrangements for Mr. Sharp.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held at a later date.
