James C. Davis

James C. Davis, 76, of Brookville, died Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Penn Highlands Dubois following an illness.

Born March 17, 1945 in Brookville, he was the son of the late Ralph and Elizabeth Kennedy Davis.

On December 22, 1994 in Brookville, he married the former Cindy A. Scott. She survives.

He was a member of the Benezette Elk Camera Club.

He was employed for 30 years at Geer Tree Service before opening and operating Davis Small Engine Repair with his wife.

Going for rides in the country and mowing were his favorite pastimes.   

Those surviving him in addition to his wife are a son, James (Stacy) Davis; a daughter, Elizabeth Davis; a stepson, Scott Ward; 2 grandchildren, Seth and Kayla; and 2 great grandchildren, Bryson and Isac.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son.

There will be no public services held.
