James K. Hathcock

James “Kelly” Hathcock, 49, of Emporium, died Tuesday,February 7, 2023 at his home of natural causes.

Born March 21, 1973 in Athens, GA, he was the son of the late Donnie and Doris Anthony Hathcock.

He was a graduate of Madison County High School and worked construction jobs throughout his life.

His survivors include his brother Chris Hathcock; as well as extended family members.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Mark and Terry Hathcock.

Furlong Funeral home has been entrusted with the final arrangements for Mr. Hathcock.
