Jane Beer

Jane A. Beer, 58, of Dubois, died on Thursday, August 14, 2025 while at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital following an illness.

 Born in Punxsutawney on May 12, 1967, she was the daughter of the late William and Janice Mangioni Reesman.

She was a graduate of Dayton High School.

She enjoyed dancing, spending time with her family and was interested in horses and Black Panthers.

Her survivors include her two daughters, Heather (Jason) Corle and Brittnee Beer; her grandchildren, Brenton and Skylynn; her brothers, Terry, Joey, Tim, Kenny, Dave, Eugene and Danny; and her sisters, Linda, Jean and LouAnn; as well as lots of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant son, her brother Larry, and her brother, Boo.

Furlong Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements for Ms. Beer.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held September 21, 2025 from 1-5PM at the Social Hall in Punxsutawney.
