John Teacher Obituary
John Harold Teacher, 69, of Brookville, died Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Penn Highlands of Dubois.
Born February 18, 1949 in Brookville, he was the son of the late Harold G. and Harriet S. (Swineford) Teacher.
Mr. Teacher was a 1967 graduate of Brookville High School. He worked for over 40 years at the Brookville Sewage Department. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Brookville. He was also a member of the Wheels of Yester Year Car Club from Dubois. His interests included antique car and hot rods, his home in Dade City, FL where he spent his winters, and his dog, Sophie.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Cathy McLaughlin.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville, PA.
Interment will take place in the Brookville Cemetery, Brookville, PA.
