Kenneth Kunselman Obituary

Kenneth F. Kunselman, 67, of Clarion died the morning of Friday, May 27, 2022 at his home following an illness.

Born November 1, 1954 in Brookville, he was the son of the late Alonzo and Jessie Deemer Kunselman.

He had worked in auto body repair in the past and retired from Shirey Sanitation.

His interest included working on cars, building model cars, going to casinos, telling jokes and making people laugh, and spending time with his grandchildren. 

Those surviving him are his sons, Ken and Rick Peace; his daughter, Tina Peace; his step sons, Don (Jen) Smith, Tom (Keshia) Best, Terry Best, Derrick (Jonna) Best and Roman (Kimi) Best; his step daughters, Gloria (Mike) Best and KathrynPaden; his brothers, Robert (Penny) Kunselman, Dave (Randi) Kunselman, Jim (Luella) Kunselman and Don (Faith) Kunselman; his sister, Betty (Leroy) Rhines; his 23 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family members.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, John, Butch, Tom and Raymond Kunselman; his sisters, Shirley Himes and Myra Hill; and his companion of more than 35 years, Jennifer L. Best.

His family will receive friends from 2-4PM on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville, PA.  A funeral service will follow at 4PM at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Rimersburg Cemetery, Clarion County.
