Margo Marie (Alvey) Mason (85) of Brookville, Pennsylvania, leapt into the arms of her dear
Savior on August 18th, 2024.
Margo was born April 1, 1939, in St. Anne, Illinois, to Roy and Jennie (Buerkman) Alvey, one
of 12 children. She married Arthur Myron Mason on September 21, 1957, in Kankakee, Illinois.
Together they had three daughters. Margo received Christ as her Savior at a young age and
faithfully served him all her life.
While she worked various jobs throughout her life the ones she was most passionate about were
as the church secretary at various churches she attended. She turned that into a ministry by
faithfully sending cards and letters to people for birthdays, anniversaries, illnesses, etc. Even
when she wasn't a church secretary, she would send those cards and letters to encourage people
and to be a witness for Christ.
Margo is preceded in death by her parents, 8 siblings, and her husband. She is survived by her 3
