Marilyn L. Pollock

Marilyn L. Pollock, 77, of Marienville, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025 while at McKinley Health Center. Born June 3, 1948 in Aliquippa, she was the daughter of the late John and Ella Gill Christian. She was a graduate of Aliquippa High School and was a current member of Marienville Methodist Church and M.A.C.A. Senior Social Club. On September 23, 1967 in Aliquippa she married Robert Pollock. He preceded her in death on November 10, 2011. She enjoyed fishing, baking, Bingo, crocheting, was an avid crafter and was very artistic. Her survivors include her daughters, Roberta (Amanda) Pollock-Svilar and Kim (Charles) Lewis; dear cousin Suzanne “Lil Sis” Jugan McWilliams; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and numerous four legged grandchildren. Her parents and husband preceded her in death. Her family will receive friends on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 11AM-1PM at Furlong Funeral Home, 140 Cherry St., Marienville, PA. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers her family suggests memorial contributions be made to either Clarion PAWS or McKinley Health Center in Mrs. Pollock’s memory.
