Michael Blaha

Michael Blaha, 66, of Corsica, died Friday, February 14, 2025 at his home following an illness.

Born on August 28, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of the late Edwin and Joan Blaha.

He attended South High School and worked as a tree trimmer for Aspland.

His pastimes included fishing, camping, listening to music and he LOVED his cats.

His survivors include his brothers, Edwin Blaha, Jr., John Blaha and Charles Blaha; and his sisters, Suzanne Pistone, (his twin) Michelle Kekic and Mary Collins.

His parents preceded him in death.

Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville has been entrusted with the final arrangements for Mr. Blaha.

His family will plan “A Celebration of Life” to be held at Lake Erie in the spring.
