Rose M. Pennington, 68, of Kane, died Saturday evening, May 15, 2021 at her home following a period of illness and declining health.
Born March 22, 1953 in Bradford, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Romangino McMahon. They preceded her in death.
She was a graduate of Kane High School and was a member of St. Callistus Catholic Church and Kane Eagles Auxiliary.
Rose enjoyed playing Bingo.
Those surviving her are her son, Eugene Reese; her daughter, Kathleen Reese; brothers, Joseph (Mary) McMahon, James (Eva) McMahon and Eugene (Heidi) McMahon; sisters, Dorothy Hallock and Deborah McMahon; two grandchildren, Brandon Reese and Elicia Richardson; and numerous extended family members.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul McMahon.
Furlong Funeral Home, 140 Cherry St., Marienville are entrusted with Mrs. Pennington’s final arrangements.
