Sandra J. Diehl

Sandra J. Diehl, 73, of Marienville passed away at her home on Sunday, July 19, 2026, following a period of declining health.

Born June 13, 1953, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late William and Wyona Miller Diehl.

She was a high school graduate as well as continuing her education, earning a bachelor’s in business from Penn State.

Prior to her retirement she had been employed for over 20 years in the Human Resources Department at SCI Forest.

Her memberships include Marienville Methodist Church, Marienville Vets Club, Sigel Sprtsmen’s Club, Forest County Sportsmen’s Club and Brookville Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.

She enjoyed going to any casino, traveling, snow mobile riding and ATV rides. She enjoyed LIFE.

Her survivors include her sisters, Nancy, Diane, Marsha, Mary and Darcy; her companion and “Love of Her Life”, James Anthony; her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends; and her cats, Charlie and George.

Those preceding her in death in addition to her parents are her sisters, Karen and Judith.

Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville was honored to be entrusted with the final arrangements for Ms. Diehl.

As per her wishes there will be no services held.
