William Reinhart, 82, of Punxsutawney died Sunday, March 10, 2024 following an illness.
Born April 22, 1941 at Adrian Hospital, he was the son of the late Clarence and Ruth Weber Reinhart.
He was a graduate of Punxsutawney High School and continued his education obtaining a degree in Computers.
He proudly and honorably served his country in the Air Force, serving from 1959-1963.
On July 1, 1961 in Big Run, PA. he married the former Donna Barnett. She survives.
Prior to his retirement in February 1988 he worked for Mellon Bank as well as other banking institutes. When a younger man he was the owner of a business that installed computer terminals which he traveled throughout several states.
He was of Christian faith and was a member of the Masons, Lions, Elks and Warrendale Sportsmen’s Club.
His pastimes included trap shooting, fishing and being in the outdoors.
In addition to his wife, Donna he is survived by his daughter, Brenda Tomei; his sisters-in-law, Judy (Joel) Brooks, Kay James, Barb Pape, Emily (Al) Barnett; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family members, as well as friends Dan and Laura Finn. His family would like to extend a special Thank you to Judy and Jada for all their support.
Those who preceded him in death in addition to his parents are his in-laws, Lawrence Barnett and Evelyn Lewis; as well as several extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 11AM at the Steffy Chapel Methodist Church, Rossiter, PA with Jared Brooks, officiating.
