Obituary
Wilson J. Orshal, 65, of New Bethlehem, PA died Thursday, April 20, 2023 at his home of natural causes.
Born March 7, 1958 in Waverly, New York, he was the son of the late Wilson and Janine Lott Orshal.
He was a graduate of La Sierra High School and attended truck driving school in Riverside, CA.
Prior to retirement he drove semi trucks for a living.
His pastimes included camping, fishing, and being in the outdoors in nature. He excelled at writing literary pieces of both serious and humorous topics.
Those surviving are his daughter, Erin G. Orshal; his brothers, Timothy Orshal and Michael Orshal; his sister, Kathleen (Dave) Willette; his companion, Debbie Champion; as well as 24 nieces and nephews.
His parents and sister-in-law, Debbie Orshal preceded him in death.
Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville, PA. has been entrusted with the final arrangements for Mr. Orshal.
